"The label that corresponds to a list is hidden for issues under that list." is broken?

Summary

As per docs, "The label that corresponds to a list is hidden for issues under that list.", which is sane behaviour if I understand it correctly (and I observed it on Boards intro YT video). Yet I don't observe it neither on https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/boards nor on our private EE 10.0 installation (the screenshot from public EE boards):

See how issues in UX and Platform lists all still display UX and Platform labels.
