Play multiple jobs from a pipeline from UI

Problem to solve

Right now in order for me to select a bunch of jobs to run (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-build-images/-/pipelines/464826717/builds), I have to click the Play button really fast or hit Back and click the button.

User experience goal

Users should be able to retry multiple jobs in the jobs tab on pipeline detail page without making the page reload each time.

Proposal

Do not reload the page every time a job is retried.
