[FE] No active license, adding a future-dated license will show as current active license

Upon import a new license with the start in the future will be created + displayed as current (this is a UI state, in the backend the legacy license is still considered the current license)
On refresh: The view displays the future cloud license as a future license and the legacy licenses is displayed as the current one.

Upon adding a new license we should re-request the current license instead of sending/adding it to be displayed manually.
