Bring Milestones back to topbar from within More dropdown

In 12.4 the Milestones link, which was in the top bar next to "Groups" was moved to be under the "More" dropdown. This adds another click to an activity that I and my coworkers frequently perform. Can Milestones be moved back to the top bar? There is copious space on all but the smallest screens.
