Deprecate/update "Render whitespace characters in the Web IDE" preference

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

I think this preference can be delegated to the editor's contextual menu to be enabled/disabled for each particular Source Editor's instance. However, if we want to keep this preference, we have to make update it to work for any Source Editor instance. The text should be updated as well in this case.
