Show Vulnerability Status in Link

Viewing the status of a vulnerability requires a user to click into the vulnerability.

Proposal

In an issue within GitLab, an issue status is reflected in the link as shown in the screenshot below.

We should add a vulnerability status (dismissed, confirmed, resolved) to a link, as per the mockedup screenshot.

Considerations

We should ensure that the link for the vulnerability and its status is only shown to authorized users and that we don't leak information about the vulnerability to users who are not permitted to see the vulnerability.
