  Ideally we'd consolidate the Rails logic so we only need to deploy to the Core location (or EE location, since there's no ingestion for Core but I don't know what else uses these schemas on the Rails side, so it's possible that it's more complex than I think).

If the copies can't be DRYed, then we should symlink them from a single location and update the deploy script to do the same. (already done in !79396 (merged))
