Add remove user option to namespace

Problem to solve

SaaS customers are currently unable to remove users. This is important as we are trying to give more flexibility to our SaaS customers to manage their users and also for the unification of self-managed instances and SaaS.

For Provisioned Users

Proposal

Create a button in the UI (e.g. Delete user), that would permit owners of the namespace to remove other accounts under their namespace. This option should be part of the users list of that specific namespace, under the user options displayed as three dots.
