Update modal actions UI text when editing a comment

Issue

Follow up from !78661 (comment 821492441) - when you start a new comment in a thread. This also relates to !78879 (merged)# - for when you are editing an existing comment.

The text in the buttons of the modals that pop up when editing a comment and then exiting before saving are confusing. The modal gives you an option to Cancel but actually clicking Ok performs the cancel action.

Proposal

When canceling editing a comment:

"Are you sure you want to cancel editing this comment?"

• Ok (primary) --> Discard changes
• Cancel (secondary) --> Continue editing
