Draft: Cycles (or Cadences?) for facilitating repeatable, time boxed activities

Problem to solve

As part of the principle based approach we are taking for agile / product etc. we want to have at a team level (Pod etc.) a calendar that can have a set of meetings in them (As a template) that can be sent to all members of the team (Pod / Crew etc.) so that there is a single schedule that can easily be maintained / updated over time

Proposal

• Evolve the concept of Iteration Cadences to a more generic concept of a "cycles"
• A cycle has a set duration (ex: Weeks, Months, Quarters, Year)
• Specific events can be defined at time intervals within the cycle
• Cycles can be nested within each other
