Provide more control of display of meta-data in relevant views

Problem

Across views like issue lists, boards, and the epic tree, there is very limited to no control over specifying what meta-data to surface on the collection of objects you are viewing. Different meta-data may need to be viewed at different times and for different scenarios. It is impossible to hard-code "display rules" as there are too many competing scenarios.

Displaying too much meta-data is noisy and undesirable for certain roles. Having to open work items to view the meta-data is inefficient.

Proposal

• Anywhere a collection of like objects is rendered, provide granular, field-level display controls.
