Update contact Support by email to form

Problem

Somewhere in our purchase flow, we're telling users to email support if they encounter problems. We could not find this in the CustomersDot codebase though, so it's likely in Zuora or Stripe.

Proposal

  1. Update the link from an email address to https://support.gitlab.com; OR
  2. Update to the L&R specific form: https://support.gitlab.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000071293

Due to not being able to use a link, for now, we'd go with option 1

Users do not email support.
