Geo: Revisit "Learn more" on the UI and remove redundant link

Context

It was suggested in the UX weekly, that it's better to avoid circular links point to a procedure that explains how to get to the page users' already on.

Problems

• If users already stay on that page, providing another link is redundant.
• We get frequent feedback from users "UI clutter"

Plan

• Go through the whole UI
• Remove some "Learn more" text to the doc if they are repetitive, or not necessary.
