Clearly communicate the impact of Merge immediately with Merge trains enabled

Problem to solve
With Merge trains enabled, users still get to see an option to merge immediately. in this context, merge immediately implies skipping adding to merge train and merging directly. This has an adverse impact on the current merge train because all the running MT pipeline are suddenly dropped since the main branch changes.
Even through the existing confirmation modal after merge immediately action, users are not clearly communicated the impact their action might have.
