Add a tree view to top-level Epic List

Problem to solve

Unable to see a hierarchical view of all epics and their child epics/issues on one page. You need to click into an epic to start navigating with a tree view - but you lose the top-level view of all epics next to each other.

Proposal

Change the main flat Epic List into a tree view.

Perhaps leveraging the same or a similar hierarchical view at the main Epic list view with a carrot to expand in the table of epics and child epics/issues found in the Epic details view (example).
