Include cluster_image_scanning analyzer in Container Security GMAU and paid GMAU

Summary

Currently the GMAU for ~"group::container security" only includes the number of unique users that run a Container Scanning job. We need this to be modified to include unique users that run either a Container Scanning or a Cluster Image Scanning job. The overall Protect Stage and Sec Section metrics may need to be updated as well.
