Allow for different chart types in custom metrics

Proposal

Seems like we should be leveraging some of our new chart types with custom metrics. We could add a field to our custom metrics add/edit form for the user to select supported chart types. e.g. Writing a custom metric query that would be better shown as a line chart vs area chart -- the user would be able to select which chart type they want.

This might have the added benefit of allowing users to see the chart types we have available within the UI instead of just in our docs.
