Redirect user to the blob page instead if the WebIDE after Replace/Delete

Description

As part of the ongoing blob refactor when a user tries to Replace or Delete a blob in a project to which the user does not have access to we currently redirect the user to the WebIDE instead of the blob after the project has been forked.

We need to ensure that the user is redirected to the view blob page after a successful fork.

Ensure the following specs pass with the refactor FF enabled

• user_replaces_files_spec
• user_deletes_files_spec.rb
