Fix Incident sidebar in Issue Boards

In issue boards, when clicking an incident card, the issue sidebar displays. This sidebar should be fixed to display thge incident sidebar.

Changes required:

  • Update title to Incident details instead of Issue details.
  • Hide Epic widget
  • Hide Iteration widget
  • Hide Weight widget
  • Add Severity widget
