Deployment Page
Problem to solve
As a release manager, I would like to see all the pertinent information related to a deployment in a single view so I can take the necessary action or confirm historical context.
Proposal
Create a new deployment info page that shows the relevant information (and SSOT) for a single deployment. Content may include:

Intended users
Metrics
Adoption and usage (page views, AMAU)
