Goal

Gather and log different metrics around the migration process

How it is enqueued

This will be a cron worker. Every 30/60 minutes might be a good starting point.

Logic

1. Log
   • Container repositories count for each state of migration_state (using the same scope as the Enqueuer job)

Notes

Depending on the complexity of the other jobs, we could merge these observability features in one of the others.
