Global group features for projects in it

I missing the possibility to set "global" features, like what i want to see.
For an example Snippets. I don't use it in projects, but i have to turn it off on all sub projects of a group.
I think can be a good solution if the group features set the created project default settings, what later can be changed for each project (as now)
