Specifying Variables for Repeated Manual Jobs

Documentation states in Specifying variables when running manual jobs that variables can be specified by clicking on the name of the manual job in the pipeline view. However, this only works for the initial execution of a job. If there is a need to change a variable and repeat a job without repeating the entire pipeline, clicking on the name of the manual job brings up the execution log rather than the variable entry dialog. It is proposed that there be a way to execute a job more than once with different variable values.
