Increase sidekiq CPU request

From the charts, Sidekiq pods have bursts of activity that requires more than 2x the CPU limit. It can be seen on the p95 and p99 limit utilization where the line gets close to 1.0

Suggestions:

  1. Increase CPU request from 300m to 500m
  2. If it persists after the above change, increase the CPU limit to 3x the CPU request
