Reproduction steps

  1. Create an issue with any title (for example, Test)
  2. Change the title of the issue to Error 500 in /api/v4/jobs/request: NoMethodError: undefined method 'dig' for #<String:0x00007f72dff1b860>)
  3. You will see a system note with String:0x00007f72dff1b860 highlighted as a link.
