Can't simultaneously create and remove the file with the same name.

I am working on GitOPS repo https://gitlab.com/truzter/digitalocean_k8s And I like to make the next operation:

1. I have old version of file gotk-components.yaml
2. I have a new version of this file on local PC in 1.yaml
3. I uploaded a new version to WebIDE as 1.yaml in the same catalogue
4. I remove old gotk-components.yaml from WebIDE
5. Now I'd like to rename 1.yaml to gotk-components.yaml but it is impossible. Please refer to the screenshot
