Identify issues with new activity since you last visited

Problem to solve

Without email notifications and if someone doesn't mention you on an issue or design, it would be nice to stay informed on issues that have new activity since you last visited them. These could be replies to your comments that may not explicitly mention you or new conversation between others. I've had some issues go by for a couple weeks and come to find out they needed my recommendation, but they never mentioned me in a conversation. In that case, there's no way for me to know if someone needs my recommendation or decision, essentially becoming a blocker without even knowing.

Further details

Regardless of whether you are actively needed to make a decision in an issue, it's nice to see whether there has been new conversation around the issues you're assigned to. This way, you don't need to click around your different issues to see whether new conversation has happened since you last chimed in or visited that issue.

Proposal

Show an identifier on issues in your issues list with new activity since you last visited (open to other UI recommendations):
