Benchmark diff rendering pages

Capture current performance results for diff rendering pages.

Ideally this would be across several reference architecture environments as well as GitLab SaaS.

This would be used to determine the effectiveness of moving to View Components for diff rendering. If there is a large performance success, it would make a great blog post.
