Filter pipelines doesn't support negation

I have a Schedule that runs every 3 minutes, so now most of my pipelines are Schedule runs. That makes it hard to see MR pipelines and other pipelines. Unfortunately, the pipelines filter doesn't seems to support != operator which would be the easiest way to filter out Schedule pipelines.

What would be involved in supporting negation in the pipeline filter? If there is an existing feature request for this, let me know. Thank you.
