Currency version is unclear for Rates columns

Problem

As a user of GitLab, I need a way to view the relevant rates information associated with an organization and/or timelog category !87529 (comment 951198701)

Summary

Currently within the Group > Customer Relations Organizations table there is a column for Default Rate. This column doesn't have a way for a currency to be assigned to it or displayed in association with it. This issue is to explore possibilities surrounding that.

Questions

• Will there be interest in choosing a currency type or should it default based on the user's location?
• Should currency types be associated with the org making the payments or the org receiving the payments (if the currencies differ)?
