Add a total number of jobs that a runner has run in the admin view

Release notes

There is no way to know the total number of jobs that a runner has run today. When manually managing runners, the total count of jobs by the runner is useful when testing new runners, new runner versions, debugging, autoscaling etc. We will display a total number of jobs to provide customers these abilities.

Problem to solve

We only support a list of recent jobs run by the runner, but no longer a total count. The total count could help users when testing new runners, new runner versions, debugging, autoscaling etc.

Intended users

Metrics

User experience goal

Add a total number of jobs associated with a runner.

Proposal

Either add the table column with total back OR add a total number of jobs in the Recent jobs list once you click into the runner so it'd become Recent jobs (24 total)
