Service Desk docs don't explain disclosing email addresses
The Service Desk Feature can result in email addresses being publicly found if the owner of the project subsequently makes the issue public.
From a privacy perspective it is not ideal that personal information could be made public in such a way without knowledge. This was identified as the result of a complaint to the Privacy team, and asking for the deletion of the email address from the title of the issue.
At a minimum it would be good if we could update the docs to provide some best practices or reminders in the use of the feature e.g. Recommend to the Project Owner that any issues generated through this feature be confidential as it will contain the email address of the end user. If this is not possible, then include a notice a notice to the end user (where they provide the email address), that any information they provide including their email address could be made public.
