🎨 Design: tell user whether is alert has shown up before or not

From the research, some users mentioned, if we can link new alerts to some old ones which have been shown up before which are similar/same, it will make it faster for them to decide what to do next.

We should first investigate, can we find the similarity between alerts, if yes, we should show it to users nicely.
