FogBugz - Unable to change project name

Summary

Unable to change the project name before importing. The name that the users enters to override the default (FogBugz project name) is reverted back to the default once the import starts.

Proposal

When the user types in (overrides) a new name for the project, that name should be used to create the GitLab project.
