Consider deprecating kubesec in favor of kics

Now that we have released the kics analyzer, we can consider deprecating kubesec in favor of kics. There are a few things we will need to consider first:

• Does kics have feature parity?
• Will we take care of remapping/deduping?
• Will we move kubesec to the IAC vendored template?
• How long will we support kubesec after deprecation?
