gitlab ui install helm failed with k8s v1.16.1

Summary

gitlab version : 12.3.5 k8s version : 1.16.1

install helm failed by gitlab ui because the helm version is 2.14.3

I install helm v2.15.0 manually and works.

What is the current bug behavior?

the pod install-helm status is failed

What is the expected correct behavior?

the pod install-helm status is running
