Deleted user still receiving commit e-mails
Summary
A user was blocked, and a couple of weeks later deleted, from our Gitlab.
Though he is still receiving e-mails when another user commits to a project, on which he was a member of before being deleted.
Steps to reproduce
No clue, because I don't see this user listed anywhere, he was deleted.
What is the current bug behavior?
Another user does a commit, and the deleted user still receives an e-mail about this.
What is the expected correct behavior?
The deleted user should not receive anything anymore.
