Bug gitlab: adding directory from web interface

Hi,

I used gitlab-ce 14.5.0: i'm working from the web interface. A bug showed up in the gitlab web interface: when browsing a directory, there is the possibility to add a directory ("+" menu, right of the navbar). However, the directory is created at the root (in our case project/new-directory-name) instead of the "current" directory (e.g. project/content/new-dir-name), which is to me the expected behaviour.

I could recreate the bug from another machine (firefox 93.0 (64-bit), Linux Debian 5.14.9-2 (2021-10-03) x86_64 GNU/Linux) (looks server-side to me...).

Could you please have a look?
