Description

Gitlab offers integration with Microsoft Teams via Webhooks. Regarding Merge Requests, currently, every approval makes one new message in the selected / destination channel.

Proposal

The request is to offer the settings in the integration, more fine granular so that is possible to specify if you want, for example, posts for/per approvals in Microsoft Teams.
