Proposal

Include project approvers in the payload of a merge request. We would like to alert all listed approvers of a project to any merge request activity. i.e. the raising of a merge request, approval of merge request, merging of a merge request of closure of a merge request. Currently it seems only the owner and assignee are included in the payload as documented here https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/integrations/webhook_events.html#merge-request-events This would allow all approvers to be alerted to the fact an MR has been raised/approved/merged/closed if an assignee hasn't been selected
