File tree in merge max resize width

For filenames that are quite large the problem is that in a merge request file tree they are abbreviated. Currently it is not possible to resize the file tree width. Workaround for this is to change the html style for the tree view. If the divider could be dragged it would introduce an ease of use enhancement.

Proposal

To accommodate ultrawide screens as well as large screen sizes we could allow users to resize the file tree to be as long as the screen allows.
