Provide more distinguishing details when searching users

Release notes

In previous versions of GitLab, identifying the correct user - especially in instances like GitLab.com with a large amount of users was difficult. Starting this release we provide additional details when searching for users including their top-projects and email address.

Problem to solve

When looking for a user I find it hard to distinguish entirely from their username and avatar that appears when performing the search.

Proposal

Include more identifying information when searching for users such as email address, top-contributed projects and group memberships.
