Profile README: Update layout for readability
Purpose
A new, awesome feature was added so that a user can add a README to their profile page. This issue proposes removing the visual container for the README content and decreasing the width at larger breakpoints to reduce the line length.
Even though the line length will remain greater than typically recommended, the reduced width should still be beneficial.
Removing the border and background from the content aligns with a visual design goal to "unbox" the layout (an epic is forthcoming to document this effort) — effectively removing borders, rule lines, and containers that add visual noise and tend to box in content sections when other methods to achieve an effective layout and visual hierarchy can be used. For example, white space and proximity.
