Proposal

There is a lot of documentation about how merge trains can be used in the REST API documentation. There are things that are not supported in this API like adding an MR to the merge train which is/maybe be possible through GraphQL.

We need to get a better handle on what features are not supported by the REST API that are supported by GraphQL and vice versa so we can update the documentation to better reflect reality.
