What would a public pipelines page for an instance/group look like?

This problem statement has been validated. We are currently evaluating what JTBD aren't covered by the Operations Dashboard and then would move forward with either iterations issues for that OR an opportunity canvas for a new view for the different JTBD that does not do. Problem Statement
Having a page with a pipeline summary that could be used as a CI/CD landing page/status dashboard for organizations (including public open source organizations) could be an interesting way to add value and also make GitLab's CI/CD more visible. It's unclear what exactly the problem to solve here is, though, and what the best way to go about it is.
