Activity dashboard returns a 500

Summary

On GitLab.com, for me and at least one other GitLab team member, the Activity Dashboard is non-functional. Specifically, https://gitlab.com/dashboard/activity?limit=20&offset=0 returns a 500 error.

If it helps, the response includes the following header: x-request-id: 01FM499F9HBBNRAHN7JRR8C2C3.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to https://gitlab.com/dashboard/activity
  2. See a blank page and an error message.
