Counters in each runner type tab should have a total counter
This is a spin-off from #343262 (closed).
Release notes
In order for users to have a more comprehensive view of their resources, we added a counter next to each runner tabs to have a clear number of runners at a glance.
Proposal
Counter badges will be added to each tab to show the number of runners in each category:
