Ability to add description for CI/CD variables
Problem to solve
It is not currently possible to add hints / hover texts to variables, so even if a user knew the what variables are available they might not know their use by just looking at the variable name.

In Jenkins, when creating a variable you can add a description to it which is then shown directly below the variable:
It would be good if we can have similar functionality in GitLab.
