Problem to solve

Follows !72879 (comment 720242144).

In the MR linked above we documented how to use the Cluster Management Project Template (CMPT) with a cluster connected through the Agent (let's call this "Agent's Cluster Management Project Template" here). In the new doc, we suppose that the user has either:

• A cluster already connected through the Agent and they want to use the Cluster Management Project Template to manage cluster applications.
• A cluster not connected to GitLab yet, but that will be connected to GitLab through the Agent, and the starting point is the Cluster Management Project Template.

But we still have the following cases undocumented:

• A user has a cluster connected to GitLab (certificate-based) and they use GitLab Managed Apps. How to migrate from GitLab Managed Apps (certificate-based) to the "Agent's Cluster Management Project Template" directly?
• A user has a cluster connected to GitLab (certificate-based) and they already use the Cluster Management Project. How to migrate from the Cluster Management Project (certificate-based) to the "Agent's Cluster Management Project Template"?

Also, the linked video walkthroughs are probably all specific to certificate clusters too (ref).

Proposal

Write the migration guides.
