Reduce total execution time for job ee:gitaly-cluster

The total test execution time for the job ee:gitaly-cluster is in the range of 20-30 minutes, but this only covers a small number of tests. We should consider identifying areas within the tests that are inefficient from a duration point of view to find ways to reduce the total execution time of these E2E tests
